Welcome to the East St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce Website. This site provides valuable information for our members as well as those relocating to the area.

Being a native of Slidell and a mother of two boys, it is my personal objective to provide the support to our local businesses and schools in St. Tammany Parish so our region continues to be a great place to live, work and raise our children.

The East St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce is a dynamic organization made up of over 9,000 business people throughout the region. The Chamber has been representing the interests of the local business community since 1962.

The mission of the East St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce is to advance the general welfare and prosperity of the greater Slidell area so that its citizens and all areas of its business community shall prosper. All necessary means of promotion shall be provided and particular attention and emphasis shall be given to the professional, economic, civic, commercial, cultural, industrial and educational interests of the area. To encourage the growth and provide support to the existing industries and businesses while giving proper assistance to any new firms or individuals seeking to locate in the greater Slidell area.

With the assistance of board members and membership, our chamber is the voice of business on all local, state and federal levels. Working together through Public Policy Committees, we are able to get our messages heard throughout the governmental entities.
